Whether it’s debt that keeps you up at night, the stress of living paycheck to paycheck, or the uncertainty of how to build wealth—you don’t have to figure it out alone.
When you work with a financial coach, you get more than advice—you get a proven plan and a guide who walks with you every step of the way.
This is where you talk about your situation and money goals, and learn what it means to work with a Coach.
Everyone needs a plan tailored to their situation. Your plan will include measurable action items, accountability, and vision-casting.

We don’t just talk about money. We help you take control of it so you can stop surviving, and start building the future you’ve been dreaming of.

We began coaching with Gil to get help budgeting and managing debt. Since then, we’ve eliminated personal debt, auto loans, and much of our educational debt while starting to budget monthly and plan our estate. Gil is patient, relatable, and motivating—offering honest advice that keeps us focused on our goals. We’d wholeheartedly recommend his coaching to anyone ready to take control of their finances.

When my wife and I started working with Gil, we were behind on bills and had no idea how we’d pay for our dream wedding. Within 6 months, our mindset completely shifted—we caught up on everything, built our first emergency fund, paid off over $20K of debt by selling a car, and even made wills and got life insurance. Best of all, we paid for our wedding and honeymoon completely debt-free. Gil gave us the tools, the accountability, and the push we needed. 5/5—he’ll tell you what you need to hear.

We started coaching with Gil for accountability and quickly saw results. Our financial habits have improved, and we’re now more intentional with our budget each month. Gil is kind, encouraging, and professional—an incredible coach who truly listens and helps you make real progress. We highly recommend him to anyone ready for change.

I grew up with sound, but limited financial advice: “Work hard, save money, get married before kids and invest early in retirement.” It felt vague, unexciting, and I longed for a vision that made me feel like I was on a mission. I felt restless, uncertain, and uninspired—until I found the Ramsey Baby Steps, which were clear, concrete, and led to something bigger than just "retirement". I believe it’s vital to be connected to something bigger than yourself—a cause or a “why” that fuels you to keep going when it gets hard.
For the past seven years, I’ve been a Ramsey Preferred Coach, helping people get out of debt and take control of their finances. I’ve guided hundreds of clients to pay off debt, cash flow big purchases, and even launch their own side hustles. In the corporate world, I’ve managed budgets for multimillion-dollar projects, so I know how to consider the big picture. But I'm also working the Baby Steps in my own life (with a wife and 3 kids), so I know the struggles of behavioral change and consistency.

A financial coach helps you manage your everyday money, set goals, build habits, tackle debt, and stay accountable. We don’t sell financial products or manage investments. Coaching is more about process, mindset, and empowerment. We believe this is where wealth building begins.
It depends on your goals and state of your finances. Some clients work intensively for 3 months to establish habits and momentum. Others stay on for 6–12 months or longer for follow-up, course correction, or achieving bigger goals. Many continue meeting occasionally even after the primary objectives are met.
We primarily work virtually, via video calls or phone. This gives flexibility and allows us to partner with clients regardless of location. If local and preferred, occasional in-person sessions may also be arranged (depending on your location).
We understand that finances can be tight. That’s why we offer the 30-Day Plan as a free entry point. In many cases, clients find that the savings and insights from a few coaching sessions pay for themselves by uncovering hidden fees, redirecting spending, or streamlining debt payments.
This is a guided roadmap to help you build strong financial foundations in just 30 days. You’ll get the six core steps every responsible person should know, daily or weekly actions to take, and extra tools to stay on track after Day 30.
It’s for anyone who wants to take control of their finances—whether you’re starting from scratch, overwhelmed by debt, or just want to level up your money habits. It’s not just for people in crisis, but for anyone who wants clear systems, accountability, and direction.
The 30-Day Plan is a self-guided resource—structured, actionable, and comprehensive. A coach adds individualized insight, accountability, and tailored advice beyond what a generic plan can do. Some clients start with the plan and then choose coaching when they’re ready to go further.
